I went the same Street View route to that picture of what's left of a dilapidated house, csp. No doubt investment property, but I'm sure curious the Riehl names of the officers of that corporation! I'm sure it will be explained away that it's purely coincidental that there's a Limited Liability Corporation out there named FEOHP, and that it is in no way connected to the actors playing the parts "Steere" and "Sargent," even though the information came to light because the actor "Steere" shared her computer screen in one of her video productions.
