Here is another way of dealing with governments and their myriad branches, incl. courts. I have myself successfully used the NO CONTRACT NO CONSENT technique to reject payment of fines issued for so-called traffic "offences"

Been going through all the resources and such available over at marcstevens.net - I believe his approach is best after reviewing all the possible methods.

The sovereign/freeman methods appear to be pointless in most cases (especially criminal), as it requires you to convince the guys with guns (police, bailiffs) that what you are saying is true.

Marc Stevens approach is to simply challenge their jurisdiction over you. Learn not to make statements and always re-iterate the fact they need evidence to prove their jurisdiction (which they don't have); object to anyway of the games the judges will try to pull and the court records (written statements) will make the judge look bad, and the prosecution look plain right silly.

Marc has a few things for sale on his site, scripts and motions - however I think if you spend the time reading his site, forum and watching his videos you can pretty much get the gist of how to deal with these psychopaths in a legal capacity.
