My thoughts...

As usual, their are a multitude of benefits for the NWO.

Over regulation of the insurance industry through executive orders and proposition 103 led to the cancellation of policies and the refusal to renew existing policies (of course the big insurance companies were in on this). Then they begin pushing the government FAIR insurance program because very few are able to get insurance anymore. Next, disable the firefighters by taking away their water, fire the unvaccinated, and cut the budget. Start a fire with multiple methods, (DEW, burn the houses from the inside with smart meters, arson, etc).  Through weather manipulation technology, provide the worst possible conditions for a fire to be put out. Then when all is said and burned, blame it on climate change and then implement what the Newsom called the Marshall Plan and rebuild everything rapidly before the Olympics as a smart city with government surveillance and control (maybe not a full-on smart city but just a show and tell smart city).It is interesting he called it the Marshall Plan since 5% (almost 700 million) of the original Marshall Plan for Europe went to the CIA and other funds went to various communist-like groups.

The original Marshall Plan and other plans that were continued for many years after were designed to *modernize* and rebuild European countries after World War II.  However, it destroyed the free market in Europe and gave the US a foothold of control.  

My guess is that we are going to see some fast rebuilding of smart cities and a lot of bragging from celebrities.  We are also going to see the fires get worse under Trump and that will give the climate change narrative a boost.  And of course, he will play a long nicely.
