My opinion:  They are nothing but males.

The word today is inter-sexed…? I believe they have been using prisoners in jail and absconded people for real life human experiments. Fidel Castro built a medical empire and Hitler did many human experimental research off record. What you see now with Serena and her sister, Mitchell Obama, Mrs Macron, and others could be the results. The push for social acceptance by science and media raises all the red flags for me.
